Every day begins with energizing vinyasa flows to open the body, strengthen muscles, and prepare for surfing. Evenings bring deep stretch and restorative practices with yin postures, heart openers, and sound bowl healing to release tension. Each class weaves meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement, adapted to how our bodies feel each day.
- Yoga with Natasha
Natasha will guide two special classes that blend different approaches to yoga and self-awareness. In these sessions, she combines Chamak Yoga, with its sequence of 35 postures and focus on consistency, Active Meditation, using free movement and silence to release tension and invite clarity, and Pranayama, the art of conscious breathing to restore inner balance.
These two unique classes are designed to integrate movement, breath, and meditation, offering participants a complete experience that nurtures both body and mind.

In addition to daily yoga and surf, the retreat includes unique experiences such as cacao ceremonies, group workshops, and surprise practices — all designed to deepen self-connection and celebrate the joy of being together in nature.
