• The $500 deposit is a secure deposit and is non-refundable under any circumstances. • Cancellations 90 days or more before the retreat: full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. • Cancellations 60 to 89 days before the retreat: 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit). • Cancellations 30 to 59 days before the retreat: 25% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the deposit). • Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat: no refunds are available.
Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person up to 7 days before the retreat start date. Please contact us directly to arrange this.
